Adrian is a corporate lawyer in the private equity group specialising in advisory and transactional work. Adrian has been involved in a range of private equity transactions, including acquisitions, exits, MBOs and investments.
Adrian has broad experience advising on all aspects of private equity and has acted for a range of private equity houses, such as Audax, Endless, Inflexion and LDC, as well as growth capital providers, such as BGF. He has also acted for various portfolio companies, management teams and founder shareholders on a variety of private equity and corporate transactions.
