Alex is a corporate lawyer with a focus on private equity and growth capital transactions. Alex's experience includes acting for institutional investors and management teams in relation to MBOs, acquisitions, investments, fundraisings and exits.
Alex has a broad experience advising clients on a variety of corporate finance transactions but has a particular focus on private equity and growth capital clients, acting for both institutions and founders/ management teams.
Alex also regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory matters.
