Amir is a private equity associate, advising on all aspects of venture capital financings, private company acquisitions and disposals and private equity backed management buy outs.
Amir has a broad experience advising clients on a variety of corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus in venture capital and growth capital (acting for both institutional investors and founder/management teams).
He also has experience in the private funds secondary market, in particular GP-led liquidity offerings.
