Arooj is an associate in the private equity team, with a primary focus on fund formations and experience assisting emerging managers with raising first time funds/successor funds.
Arooj has also assisted on secondary transactions and acted for institutional investors in respect of their investments into a range of private funds established in different jurisdictions.
